JA Volunteer of the Year Nomination

Nominations can be submitted on-line by completing the form below. A copy of the form is also available for download in Adobe Acrobat format.

For the past several years, Junior Achievement of Dallas, Inc. has recognized an outstanding volunteer, as well as a teacher and a student of the year. Teachers can nominate a volunteer who has made a significant contribution to delivery of the Junior Achievement program over the past year. The criteria for nomination are:

Taught a JA class during January 2010 - December 2010
Encourages students' learning of JA concepts
Has gone "above and beyond" to deliver a quality JA program.

The recipient will be honored at Junior Achievement of Dallas' 2011 Dallas Business Hall of Fame.

Nominations will be received for classes taught during Spring 2010 - Fall 2010 until Friday January 21, 2011. The winner will be notified in March 2011.
