Matching Gifts and Volunteer Time Matching Gifts

These programs enable JA to reach even more students with your gift of money and/or volunteer time. If your company offers a matching gift program as well as time match program, please consider including the form with your contribution or submitting your request online.

Employee Giving Campaigns

Many companies provide opportunities for their employees to designate contributions to selected charities through their employee giving campaigns. As you make your personal contributions during your company’s internal campaign, please consider including Junior Achievement of Dallas in your charitable gift plans. Stock Transfer

Interested in donating stock? Donation of appreciated stock is a great way to support Junior Achievement and also save on your taxes. Typically you not only get a charitable deduction for the amount of your gift, but you also avoid having to pay taxes on any gains since acquiring the stock (please consult your tax advisor for specifics related to your situation). JA of Dallas puts your stock donation to work quickly – we do not hold your stock, but rather sell it immediately and put the proceeds to work supporting our financial literacy programming. If you are over 70 1/2 and would like to donate from your IRA (must be done prior to the end of the calendar year), please contact your IRA trustee for the proper forms to make the donation to JA of Dallas.
