JA BIZTOWN & JA Adventures

Experiential Learning

VIRTUAL JA BizTown Adventures  NEW*
JA BizTown Adventures is a culminating experience for students that follows the JA BizTown curriculum. 4th through 6th grade students gain an understanding of various aspects of running a business as they take on the roles of chief executive officer, chief financial officer, marketing director, sales manager, and consumer via five online, self-guided adventures. The adventures can be used as an alternative simulation experience when or if students are unable to visit an onsite location. Alternatively, the adventures may be explored before or after the on-site simulation, enhancing the overall learning experience.

JA BizTown Traditional:
Imagine a city where young consumers rush to the bank to deposit their paychecks, sales managers create merchandise displays, and reporters interview local business leaders to get the most up-to-date stories. Across the way, the restaurant prepares for the lunch hour and the Mayor meets with business CEOs to get an understanding of current economic trends in their city.
